1. Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Severely Damaged: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Partially Damaged: Eligible for a partial refund or replacement, excluding minor issues such as slight wrinkles or small scratches.

Note: For fragile items, we recommend opting for a refund. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Incorrect Items: Eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Wrong Color/Size: If it doesn't affect the product's function, eligible for a partial refund or replacement.

  • Missing Parts: If essential, we will resend the missing parts or the entire product. For non-essential parts, a partial refund or reshipment of the missing part will be provided.

Note: Please provide clear photographs of the received items and measurements, if applicable, to facilitate the resolution process.


3. Return Process

We generally discourage product returns due to high international shipping costs and potential delays. However, if a return is necessary:

  • Time Frame: Initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Procedure:

    1. Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    2. Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring it's unused and in its original packaging.

    3. Provide us with the tracking information.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
